Rates & Insurance
Sessions are provided in-person at my Cuyahoga Falls office or via secure telehealth for clients located in Ohio.
I accept several major insurance plans, including plans offered through Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Optum/United Behavioral Health, Oscar Health, and others. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so your benefits will be verified before your first session whenever possible.
If you’re not using insurance, private pay is always an option. Many clients prefer it for the flexibility, privacy, or simply because it’s easier. You’ll know your rate before we schedule anything, and payments are handled securely online.

Private Pay
If you’re going the private-pay route, sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. It’s simple, flexible, and doesn’t require looping insurance into our work.
Insurance in Progress
I’m in the process of getting credentialed with a few more insurance plans. Credentialing timelines can vary by plan. I’ll update this section as soon as each one officially goes live, so you’ll always know what’s currently covered.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I’m not in network with your insurance, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Some plans will reimburse a portion of the session cost. If you'd like to look into it, I may be able to provide a “superbill” (basically a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. If you’re using insurance, everything is processed through Headway. Private pay sessions are billed securely through Square.
Cancellation Policy
I totally get that life happens. I just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
