Sessions are provided via secure telehealth for clients located in Ohio.

I currently accept insurance through Headway, which handles all billing, eligibility checks, and claims for me. Once you book, they’ll walk you through verifying your benefits so you know exactly what you’re responsible for—no surprises, no long insurance calls, no headaches.
If you’re not using insurance, private pay is always an option. Many clients prefer it for the flexibility, privacy, or simply because it’s easier. You’ll see your exact rate before we schedule anything, and all payments are handled securely online.

Private Pay
If you’re going the private-pay route, sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. It’s simple, flexible, and doesn’t require looping insurance into our work.
Insurance in Progress
I’m in the process of getting credentialed with a few more insurance plans through Headway, including Medical Mutual of Ohio, Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), and United Healthcare (Optum). Credentialing timelines can vary by plan. I’ll update this section as soon as each one officially goes live, so you’ll always know what’s currently covered.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I’m not in network with your insurance, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Some plans will reimburse a portion of the session cost. If you'd like to look into it, I can provide a “superbill” (basically a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. If you’re using insurance, everything is processed through Headway. Private pay sessions are billed securely through Square.
Cancellation Policy
I totally get that life happens. I just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
