At Root and Bloom Therapy, I take a very conversational, real-life approach to healing. We’ll mix laughter with the deeper work, because therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or heavy for it to be meaningful. I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and the general chaos of being human. EMDR is available for trauma-related concerns and patterns that feel stuck
